Now all my fellow Kungfu bloggers are mad football fans, bar maybe one (Dadbags?) edit: (And Newborn who likes to pretend!). So i felt it only right it was time for me to get involved and visit that football. As a child i was a Chelsea fan, then i became a teenager and rolling planks of wood and girls in parks took over.

So it was only right that my first football match be a Chelsea one, and what an experience it was. Try and stop me being a mad football fan! Thanks to Matt from BNTL for the ticket and also the photos.

Music journalist, author and TV producer Chairman Mao makes his overdue first DJ appearance in London. Mao’s two residencies at New York’s downtown hotspot APT - Bumpshop and Grand Groove - attract regular guests like DJ Shadow, Just Blaze, Kenny Dope, Lord Finesse and clientele in search of the finest vintage soul, disco, funk, hip-hop and Latin. Mao also hosts Spine Blowing Decisions, a monthly radio program on SpineMagazine.com.

Solo show from MR P of London’s infamous ATG CREW. Kicks off at 8pm this Thursday. In this climate of Artfags from Kent putting on shows left right and centre in town, its good to see one of London’s most active writers getting some shine in the gallery’s. Bring some wong!

Yesterday afternoon i went down to the ICA for a screening of the film BEAUTIFUL LOSERS by Aaron Rose. It is a docufilm about some of my favorite artists, some featured you have probably heard of with the likes of Barry Mcgee, Stephen Powers, Ed Templeton, Obey, Margaret Killgallen and many more.

I was extremely excited to see it and i wasn’t let down. It’s a powerful film and i doubt anyone would walk away from watching it and not feel inspired to up there game one way or another.

Im not sure on release dates, and i dont think there is any more London screenings but have a look and get involved in the power of Espo’s trim!

To try and get myself out of this ‘Blog Pussy’ hole im in. This is on Thursday RSVP is essential if you want a seat aboard this hypetrain. Looks to be a good party.
