It doesn’t sound that crazy does it? He could be our first genuine British winner since Fred Perry. I know he flies the Scottish flag but lets not hate him for that. It’s his right to be proud of where he’s from. He’s been called ‘arrogant’ and ‘over confident’ in the past but I’m not backing that either. I think he’s a bit of a joker and has a strong character. We’re just not used to that after good old, friendly old, too old ‘Tiger’ Tim.

I know its been around for a minute, and people are hating on Lupe after doing the unforgivable and forgetting that tribe verse, but it’s still good summertime vibes!

He was the first black England football team captain and now he is the first black English Premiership manager! He proved himself to be one of the best defensive midfielders in Europe, he then sampled success in the lower leagues and now he is at a strong, well run club in the shape of Blackburn Rovers.

I say good luck and hope this acts as inspiration to all! Make it happen Incey (just not against Spurs)!

Last night I tried to re-create my dad’s family famous Dolcelatte Carbonara and it was fantastic. The recipe is below, get your Ainsley hat on and cook it for a friend, lover, or play mate soon. You’ll love it, hopefully they’ll love it and it only takes ten minutes.

DOCELATTE CARBONARA
120gr Dolecelatte cheese
100gr Pecorino Romano (or parmesan)
1 packet of pancetta or bacon
Spaghetti
3/4 of a pot of Double Cream

All at the same time cook your pancetta until cripsy. Cook your Spaghetti making sure not to over cook it. And melt the Dolcelatte, Pecorino Romano and cream in a pan making sure to add the right amount of cream slowly to keep the right consistency (that part is up to you!). Add salt and pepper to the sauce as you wish and mix all the ingredients in a bowl when they are ready. I had mine with a garlic ciabatta, delicious!
